This is a Disney Donald Duck sweatshirt. It’s a tapestry blanket creation and he appears to be up a creek without a paddle or any kind of flotation advice for that matter. Meanwhile his friend, Goofy is on the backside of it all, completely ignorant to the chaos happening all around him.
